1. Who we are
Move Capital Global (“we”, “us”) is an FX introducer and consultancy. We act as an introducer/consultant; regulated payment and FX services are provided by authorised FX partners, and you contract directly with those partners for any transfer.
2. What we collect
- Identity & contact details: name, email, phone.
- Enquiry details: country pair, currency, estimated amount, transfer purpose, expected date.
- Source data: the page you submitted from, how you heard about us, any referring introducer.
- Consent records: timestamp and source of your enquiry and (optional) marketing consent.
- Operational data: notes from our correspondence with you, lead status and any compliance notes.
3. Why we use it (lawful basis)
- To respond to your enquiry and arrange introductions you ask for — legitimate interest / steps prior to a contract.
- To send FX guidance and updates — only with your explicit marketing consent; withdrawable at any time.
- To meet legal and compliance obligations linked to introductions to regulated partners.
4. Sharing
We share your details with an authorised FX partner only when you ask us to introduce you. We use trusted infrastructure providers (hosting, email delivery, analytics) under written data-processing terms. We do not sell your data.
5. Retention
Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless required longer for legal/compliance reasons. Marketing data is retained while consent is active.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and to withdraw marketing consent or object to processing. Email alexhough@movecapitalglobal.com; we respond within 30 days. You may also complain to the ICO (UK) or your local DPA.
