1. Nature of our service
Move Capital Global is an introducer and consultancy. We help you scope your international transfer needs and, where helpful, introduce you to an authorised FX partner. We are not an authorised payment institution and we do not execute FX transactions, hold client money, or provide regulated advice. All payment and FX services are provided by independent, authorised FX partners under their own regulated terms.
2. No financial advice
Content on this site is general information only. It does not constitute investment, tax, legal or regulated financial advice. Always seek advice from a qualified professional before making a transfer.
3. Introducer fees
Where we introduce you to an FX partner, we may receive an introducer commission or revenue share from that partner. This does not change the rate or fees you pay the partner; partner pricing is disclosed by the partner.
4. Eligibility
The website is intended for users aged 18+ planning lawful international transfers. By submitting an enquiry you confirm that the funds are lawfully sourced and you are not subject to relevant sanctions.
5. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Move Capital Global is not liable for the acts, omissions, pricing or performance of any FX partner you contract with. Our total liability for any claim arising from this website or our introducer services is limited to £100.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
